As an essential service, we continue to provide pest management and pest control to our customers, and we are fully compliant with all recommendations from Public Health officials. Our technicians are trained in best practices around infection control, hygiene, and safety.
In keeping with our business continuity plan, we continue to evolve and reinforce our protocols during the third COVID 19 wave and follow all guidelines and procedures established by health authorities.
Our #1 priority is the safety of our employees and our customers. To support this priority, we have:
Implemented Mandatory Training for all HiGex staff to ensure they are armed with practical knowledge such as hand washing, sanitation, and social distancing.
Provided Personal Protection Equipment such as hand sanitizers, sanitizing spray for shoes, and equipment and protective gloves to all Higex employees. Facemasks and gloves are required 100% of the time while inside a customer’s location.
Created a Work Safe environment- any HiGex employee who is feeling ill will not visit customer locations and will quarantine at home for 14 days.
We are actively monitoring the health and wellness of all HiGex employees with Mandatory Employee Questionnaires and are committed to addressing their needs.

Social Distancing Measures for Residential Services.
HiGex Client Care Specialists will be responsible for communicating the below expectations to residential customers when scheduling service. Technicians will be responsible for adhering to these guidelines
